Implementing HR tech can seem like quite a daunting task, and it is if you are not able to actively implicate other functions. IT needs to ensure proper integration into the existing IT infrastructure and provide resources for building and supporting the applications. Finance needs to approve on budget, communication needs to support effective change management and communications. With an increased focus on creating employee experience, the marketing department is key too.
So what is the ideal mix? How much of each do you need to avoid a sour taste at the end of an HR technology implementation or to facilitate digital change? This will be the theme of the planned HR digital community events of this year.
We will kick off with a cocktail drink (what else, seeing the topic?) to set the scene and get an understanding on what is living within the HR community today. Based on these insights we will then go and look for the right ingredients and experienced HR mixologists to help you create to perfect cocktail yourself.
Our HR in the mix cocktail party will take place at the inspirational spencer offices in Antwerpen! A promising new kid on the block mixing hr and other processes with AI to improve the employee experience.
During this session we will invite all attendees to take part in a world café format where we will interactively discuss and debate the position of HR in the finance, marketing and IT ecosystem in an organization. Let us explore whether digitalization, innovation and sustainability promote collaboration and cross-domain interaction.
